Supergrit takes its name from the sandpaper that touches every object before it leaves the shop. Grit turns a rough edge into a considered one, and that transformation is our entire pursuit.

Interiors & Experiential

Alongside his furniture practice, Troy Mock designs immersive experiences for brands like lululemon, Nike, and Delta Air Lines.

For several years, I’ve developed spatial concepts for a variety of events, pop-ups, and retail experiences with budgets upwards of $1.75m. I collaborate closely with graphic, production, and account teams to execute complex, multi-day experiences. I am well-versed in adapting my style to suit the needs of any brand, regardless of project budget or timeline.

I received my B.S. Design + Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. For the first few years of my career, I learned the ins and outs of fabrication and how things are built as a Lead Technical Designer at design build studio Stand and Build. From there, I transitioned to purely conceptual design and execution as an Experiential Designer at Team Epiphany.

I have bandwidth to take on freelance opportunities across spatial and experiential realms. Please reach out by email if you would like to discuss future projects.
